Processing & dispatch
We process orders Monday–Sunday. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; during promotional periods or high volume (sales, holidays) dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery methods & estimated transit times
We ship via trusted carrier partners and all shipments include tracking. Delivery times vary by destination:

Tracking your order
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking page. Tracking updates are handled by the carrier — please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rob Sale is not responsible for customs delays or extra charges. If you prefer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service where duties are prepaid, contact our support team for options (additional fees will apply).
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is lost or arrived damaged, contact us immediately at info@robsale.com with your order number and photos (for damaged items). Claims for lost or damaged packages should be filed within 14 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Address changes & failed deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is complete at checkout. We cannot always change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the parcel. Contact support right away if you need to change an address before dispatch.
