Refund and Returns Policy
At Rob Sale we want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders placed on https://robsale.com.
Overview
Our standard returns window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all seals, labels and parts included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (order number or packing slip) is required to process a return.
Please do not send products back to the manufacturer. All returns should be shipped to our returns address below after requesting a return authorization (see steps).
Non-returnable / Exempt items
For safety and hygiene reasons some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (supplements intended to be consumed shortly after purchase)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Some health & personal care items (sealed or single-use items once opened)
Partial refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (for example):
- Items with obvious signs of use, wear or missing parts not due to our error.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How to return an item — step by step
- Request a Return Authorization (RA): Email info@robsale.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and reason for return. We’ll respond with an RA number and instructions within 48 business hours.
- Pack the item securely: use original packaging if possible and include the RA number inside the parcel.
- Ship to the returns address: use a trackable shipping service — we recommend insured and trackable shipment for higher-value items.
- Inspection & processing: once we receive and inspect the item we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Return shipping address will be informed to you once you request RA.
Refunds — timeline & method
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The exact time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider (typically 5–14 business days).
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable time:
- Check your bank or card account.
- Contact your card issuer — processing delays sometimes occur on their side.
- If still unresolved, contact us at info@robsale.com and provide your order and return tracking details.
Sale items & exchanges
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@robsale.com with photos of the defect and your order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to the recipient’s email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping returns — who pays
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return was our fault.
For expensive items we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
