Rob Sale is committed to responsible sales. This policy explains age requirements, verification methods, and how we enforce restrictions on age-sensitive products.
Overview
We sell vitamins, oils and herbal products intended for adult use. Some products may be restricted to customers who meet minimum age requirements under applicable laws or by the rules of third-party platforms and payment providers. This page describes those restrictions and how we verify age at purchase or delivery.

These age thresholds follow industry best practices and may be stricter in some jurisdictions. Where local law requires a higher age, the local law will apply.
How we verify age
Enforcement & denied sales
If we cannot confirm that a buyer meets the minimum required age, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse to process an order.
- Cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been taken.
- Require additional verification before shipment.
- Refuse delivery at the carrier if the recipient cannot show valid ID on receipt.
Parental consent & exceptions
In cases where a product is allowed for minors with parental consent (for example certain lower-dose formulas), we will require either:
- A signed parental consent form and parent/guardian ID verification; or
- A written prescription or recommendation from a licensed healthcare professional.
We do not accept age claims without supporting verification for restricted products.
Refunds & appeals
If we cancel an order due to age verification failure you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. If you believe a verification decision was made in error, contact info@robsale.com with supporting documentation and we will review the decision promptly.
